  • Authoring, customisation and reconciliation management of manuals: allows Word® like edition without any XML knowledge and to keep customer’s customisation from one revision to another

  • Fleet update and sub-fleet management: designed to manage documentation of any fleet size and complexity (different aircraft configuration) by facilitating aircraft addition or removal from fleet; manage manuals fleet by fleet or even tail by tail.

  • Publication: allows time savings thanks to scalability of the software transforming XML data into PDF/HTML; fully compliant with the Airbus XML schema.

  • Non-English languages option: allows publication of manuals in languages other than English if required, and even recovering previous translations and identifying the new sections of manuals requiring translation.

  • Pre/Post SB option: ensures compatibility with the new Airbus XML delivery format starting in 2026 and allows management of an Early Release Revision of the Airbus Flight Operations manuals. Following the embodiment of an SB on an aircraft, DOC Manager permits an immediate and easy change from the “PRE SB” to the “POST SB” information.
